Cities in NZ

Today we are learning about the cities in NZ and need to show whether we understand the difference between a town, a city and a country. Each group needed a reporter to share the cities they have brainstormed. Miss Scott is logged the cities on a map of New Zealand.

    What is the capital of NZ? Has this city always been the capital?

      The capital of New Zealand is Wellington. Wellington has not always been the capital of New Zealand it was Auckland and Russell.
